Description
Chamomile essential oil has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and stimulating effects on the nervous system. Used for headaches, migraines, neuralgic pain (especially of the facial nerve).
It has an anti-stress and calming effect, especially in children. Reduces temperature and diaphoretic action. Supports digestion by stimulating the secretion of bile and gastric acid.

Contains: Chamomile essential oil (Matricaria Chamomilla)
Extraction method: steam distillation of chamomile flowers (Matricaria Chamomilla)
DOES NOT CONTAIN: Mineral oils, silicones, parabens, synthetic perfumes, artificial colors, chemical antioxidants, propylene glycol.
Aroma lamp/aroma diffuser: 5-6 drops per 15-20 sq.m. area.
Aroma baths: 3-5 drops dissolved in 1 tbsp. honey, milk, or sea salt.
Inhalations: hot 1-3 drops for 5-7 minutes.
Massage / self-massage: 4 drops per 10 ml. base oil, relaxes muscles and eliminates spasms, warms and relieves stiffness associated with the onset of influenza.
Compresses: 4-6 drops per 200 ml. hot water, for gastrointestinal disorders, flatulence and indigestion. The compress is placed in the abdomen and covered with a dry towel to retain heat.
Contraindications: Do not use it in the first months of pregnancy! The use of chamomile essential oil by breastfeeding women is not recommended for at least 2 hours before.
