The Bulgarian name of Zdravetz (Geranium) is not coincidentally associated with the word ‘Health.’ It has been an integral part of traditional herbal medicine since ancient times due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, and relaxing properties.
Common Zdravetz (Geranium macrorrhizum) is a perennial plant belonging to the Geranium family (Geraniaceae). It is widespread in Southern and Eastern Europe. An aromatic Zdravetz bouquet, tied with a red thread, is present in folklore and religious customs symbolizing health and longevity.
Discover how you can incorporate Zdravetz Essential Oil into your aromatherapy routine.
