100% natural composition
Pine essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the twigs and needles of the Scotch Pine (Pinus Sylvestris). It is 100% bio-certified and complies with BDS standard ISO 16128-1:2018.
Scotch pine oil contains plant terpenes known for superior antimicrobial and lung-relieving properties. Due to its high monoterpene content, the oil oxidizes easily. Best to store it in the fridge to maximize its shelf life.
The aromatic molecules in Scotch Pine oil are pinenes (ά and β-Pinene) and Limonene. Pinenes, as the name suggests, give the fresh resinous-balsamic smell that we call pine and fir trees. This ingredient has deodorizing, anti-inflammatory, and local antiseptic properties. Lemon is said to improve concentration, induce a sense of fulfillment, and increase energy in the body.
