Contains: Mentha Piperita essential oil
Extraction method: steam distillation of Mentha Piperita stalks and flowers
DOES NOT CONTAIN: Mineral oils, silicones, parabens, synthetic perfumes, artificial colors, chemical antioxidants, propylene glycol.
Aroma lamp/aroma diffuser: 7-8 drops per 15-20 sq.m. area; to freshen the air.
Aroma baths: 6-10 drops dissolved in 1 tbsp. honey, milk, or sea salt. Mainly for normalizing the work of the digestive system, skin inflammation in oily and dirty skin, taken in the morning, has a strong tonic effect. Contribute to weight loss and cellulite removal.
Inhalations: cold: 1-2 drops on a handkerchief, recovers from chronic fatigue.
Massage / self-massage: 4 drops per 10 ml. base oil.
Rubs: for headaches and migraines – 6 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. vegetable oil. This mixture is rubbed on the forehead, temples and back of the head.
Mask: about 2 tbsp. white clay add 2 drops, and mix well with floral water until a homogeneous mixture. Refreshes tired skin, and oily skin: regulates sebum formation, and reduces pore size.
Compresses: 4-6 drops per 200 ml. cold water for headaches.
Contraindications: not recommended for people with allergic hay fever, pregnant especially in the first months of pregnancy, and epileptics! In lactating women, using 2 hours before breastfeeding is not recommended! Use in homeopathic treatment is contraindicated! Minimal doses should be used in young children! Do not overdose!
