Extraction method: steam distillation of wild juniper berries (Juniperus Communis)
DOES NOT CONTAIN: Mineral oils, silicones, parabens, synthetic perfumes, artificial colors, chemical antioxidants, propylene glycol.
Aroma lamp/aroma diffuser: 7-8 drops per 15-20 sq. M. Area, in case of physical and mental fatigue, neutralizes the harmful energy influences.
Aroma baths: 6-10 drops dissolved in 1 tbsp. honey, milk, or sea salt. In problems with the musculoskeletal system, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, varicose veins, atherosclerosis, and circulatory disorders.
Massage / self-massage: 4 drops are mixed with 10 ml. base oil for lymphatic drainage and detoxification, cellulite and tissue stagnation, edema due to rheumatism, and arthritis.
Compress: 4-6 drops per 400 ml. Hot water.
Mask: about 2 tbsp. white clay add 2-3 drops of oil, mix well with floral water and apply on the face, avoiding the area around the eyes. Improves metabolism in the skin layer, skin problems: eczema, acne, purulent formations, boils.
Haircare: 3-4 drops can be added to the amount of shampoo needed for one wash, rub well, and leave on for a few minutes. Rinse normally. For oily hair, dandruff, and hair loss.
Contraindications: Do not use in the first months of pregnancy and after an abortion. Consult an aromatherapist for internal use.
