Melissa essential oil is used for neuropsychiatric disorders: severe nervous tension and anxiety, emotional reactions, stress, fear, irritability, insomnia and headaches.

It has a very good effect on dermatoses, lichens, eczema, acne and insect bites. Stimulates microcirculation in the skin, refreshing and rejuvenating it.

It has powerful antiviral properties and helps with colds and flu.

Extraction method: steam distillation of stems and flowers of Melissa Officinalis

DOES NOT CONTAIN: Mineral oils, silicones, parabens, synthetic perfumes, artificial colors, chemical antioxidants, propylene glycol.

Aroma lamp/aroma diffuser: as the oil is available as a 10% solution in jojoba, its use for diffusers and aroma lamps, baths and inhalations is not recommended!

Massage / self-massage: 14 drops in 10 ml. base oil.

Cosmetic application: apply 1-2 drops directly on the face, neck and décolleté – refreshes and rejuvenates the skin.

As a mask: add 3 drops in about 2 tbsp. white clay, mix well with floral water from balm, until a homogeneous mixture, apply evenly on the face, avoiding the area around the eyes – with inflamed youthful skin.

Contraindications: the use of essential oil is not recommended during pregnancy, in acute inflammation of the stomach and intestines, cough!
